Association & Community Management is a division of Lakewood Realty Company. Lakewood Realty was founded in 1936 as one of the Denver area's first Real Estate offices. Family owned and operated since 1950 when Maurice Strait purchased the business, the firm is now managed by his daughter, Cici Kesler. We've been leading the way in association management ever since; we've had our oldest clients continuously since 1984. Our accredited management team, accountants, and support staff are highly experienced and focused solely on the management needs of our associations.

 

As an experienced service provider, Association and Community Management's programs are designed to efficiently and costeffectively support the principals and goals of your association. In addition to financial accounting, budgeting expertise, innovative communications, contractor administration, and board meeting services, we are dedicated to honor the directives of your board and keep an open line of communication and interaction with your homeowners to foster a sense of community.
